| Request a contract to initiate a ten day hold on your chosen act(s). There is no “hold” on an act unless a contract has been created. | |
| Return the contract with your deposit and keep one copy for yourself. Now the act is booked solid! | |
| The DJ, bandleader, or musician will contact you approximately one month prior to your event. At that time, you will go over song choices, time lines, name pronunciations, and other details that will help our performers do their absolute best job for you. If your event is a wedding, ask the talent about our Wedding Information Sheet. This helpful packet will assist in outlining everything your entertainer needs to know. | |
| The week of your event, our office will call to remind you of any balances due. Your balance is due on or before the date of your event and can be paid with cash, check or credit card. | |
| Tipping is always appreciated, but is, of course, not obligatory. | |
