The Soul Men, Blues Brothers Impersonators, perform a tribute to Joliet Jake and Elwood Blues with an uncanny resemblance. Dressed in black from head to toe, displaying finger tattoos, The Soul Men impersonate Jake & Elwood to perfection. This spectacular local act has stomped all over stages from Michigan to Maryland, and is equally energized whether performing with the basic DJ and lights show, or the full eight-piece band with horns.
The Soul Men's performance is a high energy, fast paced, audience participating routine. They perform all the favorite "Blues Brothers" songs, including:
* Soul Man
* Hey Bartender
* Gimme Some Lovin
* Rawhide
* Everybody Needs Somebody
* Rubber Biscuit
* Sweet Home Chicago
* Flip, Flop, and Fly
* Minnie the Moocher
* Mustang Sally
* Who's Making Love
* Do You Love Me
...and many many more! Previous appearances include the International Blues Festival in Windsor, Canada, the Crooked River Jazz & Blues Fest, blues festivals in Buffalo, Kalamazoo, Canton, and Cleveland, as well as *eight* exciting years at the Massillon Car Show!
:: CLIENT COMMENTS ::
"The Soul Men were the perfect compliment to our event. They were professional and very attentive to the needs of our event. They not only helped keep things moving along, they did in a fun and entertaining way that kept the crowd involved. It was a very successful night for our organization's fundraising efforts, much of it due to these fantastic entertainers and their willingness help."
